How long does it take to create and ship my order?

All prints are made-to-order from our studio in Florida and are typically ready to ship within 5–10 business days.

Hand-embellished prints may take up to 14 business days to allow for proper drying time. We process orders in weekly batches—printing every Monday and shipping by Thursday.

Please note that during new collection launches or periods of high volume, slight delays may occur. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your artwork is on the way.

What materials are used for your prints?

We print exclusively on museum-quality canvas, our unframed prints are cut true to size for easy matting and framing flexibility—just like paper prints, but with a more elevated look and longer lifespan.

Each piece is produced using Giclée printers and archival-grade inks, guaranteed to last over 200 years with proper care. The result is a rich, textured finish that brings your artwork to life and stands the test of time.

Do you offer custom paintings or commissions?

Are the prints available framed and unframed?

Yes! Every print is available either framed or unframed and rolled in a tube for easy custom framing. We currently offer gold frames only to maintain a cohesive, elegant aesthetic.

What is a hand-embellished print?

All of our prints are custom-made and include a gold signature by the artist. Select pieces also offer the option to upgrade to hand embellishment, which adds painted details directly on top of the print. This special process adds texture, shimmer, and a unique, one-of-a-kind finish—making each embellished piece a true original.

Do you offer gift packaging or include a note?

Yes! All of our prints arrive beautifully packaged for gifting, and you can request a free handwritten gift message with any order—we’ll include a notecard at no extra charge.

Gift wrap is also available as an add-on for any print. If you'd like your entire order wrapped together in one box, simply purchase gift wrap for one item and leave a note at checkout with your instructions. We’ll take care of the rest!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is custom-made to order, all sales are final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there was a mistake with your order, we’re happy to make it right with an exchange or replacement. Please contact us via live chat on this site within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.
